The Anderson Arts Center has evolved into a full-service, multifunctional arts center, showcasing the work of a variety of local, regional and national artists. The center offers six to seven major art exhibitions a year.

ArtWorks Kenosha – Located in Kenosha’s Harborside area, ArtWorks offers several art related services. We are a full service custom picture framer. With over 25 years of experience there is no job that we can not handle. We also stock well over 100 different frame mouldings for “rush” orders! Our mezzanine gallery features exciting, high quality art exhibits that change every 4-6 weeks.
Avenue “A” Arts
At Avenue A Arts students learn not only the classical forms of dance (ballet, jazz, tap, modern, musical theatre, hip hop) but skills that help them to become a stronger young individual.
Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha – Boys and Girls Club is Kenosha’s largest provider of youth sports, recreational, cultural and educational opportunities. In 2012, nearly 8,000 Kenoshans, mostly children, from all walks of life were members of the Club.
Carthage College – The arts are alive at Carthage, partly because of the College’s location in the midst of a rich cultural metropolis where some of the finest museums, concert halls and theatres in the world lie close at hand. Yet, easy access to Chicago and Milwaukee is only the beginning of the Carthage advantage in the arts. The departments of Art, Music, Theatre, and Communication and Digital Media also enjoy traditions of excellence that date back many decades.

ExposeKenosha.com – The Expose Kenosha field of interest fund is a component of the Kenosha Community Foundation. The fund has been created to support the Community Art Projects organized by ExposeKenosha.com, including the Kenosha Pop-Up Galleries and the Kenosha Mural Project.
Fleeing Artists – We are the Fleeing Artists, a local theatre company dedicated to promoting the creation of original live theatre in Kenosha. Through educational and theatrical initiatives, we are dedicated to making Kenosha into a haven for artists to create the art they are passionate about.
Fusion – Kenosha Performing Arts Association is dedicated to providing education, exposure and resources to help the performing artist get ahead. Live performances of various types will be featured, Music, Standup, Plays, Recitals, Puppet Shows, Open Mics and other forms of live performance. Live recording and streaming of shows will help in providing exposure to the performing artists via the internet. Our venue “Fusion” will be small and provide an intimate performance experience for the audience while showcasing local and regional talent. We have seating for 80.
Garin Piano Studio Harborside
Paulette Garin has been a private piano instuctor since 1987. She has taught both individual and group lessons in piano. Her expertise allows her to teach students from pre-school through adult at all levels of ability.
Gateway Technical College – Gateway Technical College prepares students for rewarding careers through more than 65 education programs for health, business, manufacturing, engineering, and service careers. Students can enroll in an associate degree or technical diploma programs as well as expand their skills with an advanced technical certificate.

The tour provides the public a rare, behind-the-scenes glimpse of the innovative and productive world of the working artist. The Studio Tour is a self-guided tour of over 45 visual and performing artists’ studios featuring over 85 artists throughout Racine and Kenosha.
GiGhive Independent Artists
GiGhive Independent Artists (local) is a boutique music promotion, branding/marketing agency and recording studio. It is also the primary headquarters of the GiGhive Online Music Network.
H.F. Johnson Art Gallery
The H.F. Johnson Gallery of Art at Carthage College displays work by established and emerging artists from the Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison areas, and beyond.
HarborPark Jazz, Rhythm & Blues Festival – The festival is produced by the volunteer efforts of the Mary Lou and Arthur F. Mahone Fund. The mission of the Mahone Fund is to provide educational opportunities for economically and academically deserving youth and to support healthy lifestyle initiatives in communities of color. All proceeds benefit the Mahone Fund
Kemper Center – A private, nonprofit organization focusing on preserving the historic nature of the site and offering programs that promote the arts, arts education and local history.
Kenosha Academy of Dance, Music & Drama – Since 2006 the Kenosha Academy of Dance, Music & Drama has been providing quality dance lessons at our convenient location between Milwaukee and Chicago. In 2009 we expanded to a new facility and added music and drama lessons.
Kenosha Chamber Choir
The Kenosha Chamber Choir, formerly the Kenosha Choral Arts Society, and originally the Carthage Masterworks Chorale, has been sharing music with the Kenosha/Racine community and beyond since 2005.
Kenosha Art Association – The Kenosha Art Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to art enrichment in the community, art education, and to artists of all kinds.
Kenosha Community Foundation – The Kenosha Community Foundation, founded in 1926, is a community foundation serving all of Kenosha County. A tax-exempt public charity, the Foundation is a collection of endowed and donor-advised philanthropic funds established by individuals, families, organizations, and companies.
Kenosha Community Media, INC (KCM) works to build community through media. KCM is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, established in 2004, in Kenosha, Wisconsin. It provides the public with learning opportunities in video production, and use of video equipment to create noncommercial programs for distribution over cable television and the Internet.
Kenosha Creative Space
The Kenosha Creative Space is a community project of the Kenosha Art Association and Expose Kenosha in collaboration with the Kenosha Community Foundation. The Kenosha Creative Space is made possible by a City of Kenosha Community Development Block Grant(CDBG).
Kenosha Conservatory of Music– Offers Private Lessons in: Guitar, Bass, Drums, Piano, Keyboards, Violin and Voice.
The conservatory offers Piano Camp, Rock Band Camp, Guitar Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, Clinics and More. All Camps, Ensembles and Clinics are included in Private Lesson tuition.
Kenosha HarborMarket – It is the HarborMarket goal to enhance the quality of life for Kenosha Area residents and to attract visitors by operating a lively and attractive public gathering place at HarborPark.
Kenosha History Center – Kenosha County Historical Society is a campus of two buildings with four exhibit galleries, a gift shop, staff offices and our Archival facility. The Kenosha History Center houses the main offices, three exhibit galleries, the gift shop and our Archives.
Kenosha Literacy Council (KLC) – Established in 1965, the Kenosha Literacy Council is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization governed by a volunteer board of directors. “At the Kenosha Literacy Council (KLC) we believe that literacy is a basic human right and the foundation for lifelong learning. The Kenosha Literacy Council is a non-profit organization made up of teachers, learners, tutors, volunteers and donors all working together to improve adult literacy in Kenosha County”.
Kenosha Music Underground – Kenosha Music Underground is dedicated to local area music, helping to provide exposure and resources to help the musician get ahead. KMU with feature local musicians with video sessions and interviews to be posted.
Kenosha P.L.A.N.T. – Kenosha P.L.A.N.T.’s purpose is to promote live original performing artists. Not only musicians, but also live theatre, dance and other forms of performing art. We want to welcome original touring performers into our area and encourage local talent to create more original material.
Kenosha Public Museum – The Kenosha Public Museum collects, preserves, and interprets decorative and fine arts, natural science specimens, and cultural artifacts from around the world and throughout time.
Kenosha Rising
The City of Kenosha Commission on the Arts (CCOA), the Kenosha County University of Wisconsin-Extension, together with Expose Kenosha, and support from the Kenosha Community Foundation, worked together to catalog local artists and analyze economic impacts of the arts. Over 140 local artists and creatives participated in the online Kenosha Rising survey, gauging their perspectives on the strengths, challenges and opportunities of the arts scene in Kenosha
Kenosha Symphony Orchestra – The Kenosha Symphony Association exists to engage, educate, inspire and enhance the cultural environment of Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois through the performance and awareness of symphonic repertoire.
Kenosha Theatre – The Kenosha Theatre Restoration Project is a volunteer group of local citizens and community leaders dedicated to restoring the Kenosha Theatre to its former grandeur.
Kenosha Unified School District – Kenosha Unified School District has a longstanding tradition of excellence in fine arts and has had numerous students and student groups recognized at the local, state, national and international levels. We believe an education that includes the arts is critical to the success of our children, and as such, we are committed to maintaining comprehensive arts programming and curriculum for all students.
Kenosha Writers’ Guild – The Kenosha Writers’ Guild is a free group, open to anyone with an interest in writing.
Lakeshore Youth Philharmonic – LYP mission is to provide quality orchestral training to young musicians in southeast Wisconsin and northeast Illinois through a varied, challenging repertoire directed by professional conductors and coaches.
Lakeside Players – Lakeside Players is a community theatre group formed in 1973 in Kenosha, WI. Our home is the Rhode Center for the Arts in downtown Kenosha. We do live theatre and we are expanding into new territory with live music productions as well.
Left of the Lake – Serving the creative communities from Chicago, Illinois to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Left of the Lake Magazine provides a stage through its free, quarterly periodical for artists of many disciplines to showcase their work.
Lemon Street Gallery – Lemon Street Gallery is a creatively driven non-profit visual art organization with a mission to provide quality visual arts education, sponsor and support cultural events, and offer a juried forum for artists to exhibit and sell their work.
M.A.A.M. – Musicians Assisting Advancing Musicians is a nonprofit organization consisting of performers, venue owners, and individuals dedicated to improving the musical community in southeastern Wisconsin.

Mosquitoe Gallery – The Mosquitoe Gallery is a private art gallery with art by local artists. Since 2002, the gallery has delivered a mix of surrealism, abstract expressionism, and sculpture to the community.
