Kenosha Commission on the Arts conducts Arts Impact Survey

The City of Kenosha Commission on the Arts is conducting an Arts Impact survey to better understand the needs of arts organizations in Kenosha. This survey was last conducted 5 years ago. Conducting the survey again now is critical, as the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on arts organizations.

Cancellations of live performances and closings of galleries have been devastating to creative communities across the country. In Wisconsin, it is estimated that over two-thirds of the state’s creative workforce is unemployed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to findings reported by Arts Wisconsin.

The Commission’s Arts Impact survey seeks to document the state of the arts specifically in Kenosha. Responses to the survey will help the Commission learn how to better serve arts communities as they recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, furthering the Commission’s goal of developing collaborative relationships between Kenosha arts communities, businesses, and government.

If you are a member of an arts community or organization in Kenosha and would like to participate in the survey, you may follow this link: https://forms.gle/1fVH4osPsyAYD76q7. It will direct you to a Google form where you may submit your responses.
