The Kenosha Community Foundation cordially invites you to Kenosha Rising, a community-led arts conversation:
November 19, 2015
6:00 pm -8:00 pm
Kenosha Fusion
5014 7th Street
Downtown Kenosha
Come to hear the results of the first phase of Kenosha Rising, a broad-based community survey of Kenosha County residents and their views on the community arts scene.
Come to learn how the county’s arts community is well organized, driven and GROWING and that active engagement of a wider more diverse audience is needed to continue the advance of local arts efforts and their impact in the local economy.
Come to hear about how NEWaukee – a social architecture firm that inspires a collision of all Milwaukee has to offer – is strategically incorporating creativity into community programs to draw new audiences into the arts in the metro Milwaukee area. Could Kenosha use this as a model to develop our arts scene?
Finally and most importantly…
Come join us to start the next phase of Kenosha Rising by participating in a rapid fire idea generation effort—unlike anything you have ever experienced – this brainstorming effort will help to define future volunteer-led arts projects.
There is a place for your ideas and energy in the Rising Kenosha project – come join us to find out how you can be a part of it all. Please register at the link below by Wednesday, November 13.
